Dropping the puck
Avery, 8 years old, diagnosed with Leukemia.
Avery was able to go to a Boston fleet game and walk in with her favorite player and Olympic gold medalist, Megan Kelle, while wearing the gold around her neck.
She was able to drop the opening puck and ring the bell at center ice in front of a sold out crowd as she was celebrated for finishing her cancer treatment.
